Project: Eager Park a $10,000,000 six-acre centerpiece of the 88-acre mixed-use community emerging adjacent to the medical campus of Johns Hopkins University.
The Park is an important expression of the live-work-play approach to this considerable revitalization effort to promote healthy and sustainable living through design, amenities, retail mix, and rich programming. It is designed to accommodate outdoor activities as well as community events, including concerts, graduations, farmer’s markets, and sporting events.
